III. Sensitive Personal Information. We use Sensitive Personal Information only for permitted purposes, such as providing requested services, maintaining account security, verifying identity, processing payments, complying with law, protecting against fraud or harmful activity, or other purposes permitted by applicable law. We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that require a right to limit such use unless we provide the legally required notice and choice.

ARTICLE 4 — COOKIES, TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES, AND ONLINE ADVERTISING

I. Technologies Used. We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, session replay or recording tools, analytics tools, advertising technologies, affiliate attribution technologies, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and interactions with the Services.

v. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals. Where required by applicable law, we will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control signals, as a request to opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device through which the signal is transmitted. Because such signals are browser- or device-specific, you may need to enable the signal on each browser or device you use.

VI. Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform industry or legal standard for responding to such signals in all jurisdictions, we respond to browser-based privacy signals only where required by applicable law or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

   I. Other Recipients with Consent. Other recipients when you direct us to disclose the information or otherwise consent.

II. No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell users' Personal Information. However, certain disclosures involving advertising, analytics, affiliate attribution, referral tracking, or other tracking technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Article 10.

III. Public and User-Directed Disclosures. If you post content in public areas of the Services, submit reviews, interact with community features, or direct us to disclose information to third parties, that information may be visible to others and may be used by them outside our control.

ARTICLE 6 — AFFILIATE LINKS, REFERRAL LINKS, AND MATERIAL-CONNECTION DISCLOSURES

I. Affiliate and Referral Links. The Services may contain affiliate links, referral links, sponsored links, discount codes, promotional placements, or similar links to third-party products or services. If you click one of these links or make a purchase or take another action through one of these links, we may receive a commission, referral fee, credit, discount, or other compensation or benefit from the applicable third party or affiliate network.

II. Material Connections. Our receipt or potential receipt of compensation or other benefits from affiliate links, referral links, sponsored links, promotional codes, or similar arrangements may be a material connection between us and the third party whose products or services are referenced. We will disclose material connections where required by applicable law, including federal advertising and endorsement requirements administered by the Federal Trade Commission.

III. Clear and Conspicuous Disclosures. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that affiliate-link and referral-link disclosures are clear, conspicuous, difficult to miss, and understandable to ordinary consumers. Where required, disclosures will be placed close to the relevant affiliate link, referral link, endorsement, recommendation, review, ranking, comparison, sponsored content, or other triggering statement, and will not be contradicted or obscured by other content. We do not intend this Privacy Policy, by itself, to replace any separate disclosure that must appear near an affiliate link, referral link, endorsement, sponsored placement, or other relevant content.

IV. Examples of Affiliate Disclosures. Depending on the context, our disclosures may state, for example, that we may earn a commission if you purchase through a link, that a post contains affiliate links, that content is sponsored, or that we receive compensation from a referenced third party. The exact wording, placement, and format may vary depending on the medium, page, device, and type of content.

v. No Additional Cost Unless Disclosed. Unless expressly stated at the point of disclosure or transaction, using an affiliate link or referral link does not cause you to pay an additional fee to us. The third-party seller or affiliate network generally pays any applicable commission, referral fee, or other compensation.

VI. No Endorsement or Warranty. The presence of an affiliate link, referral link, sponsored link, promotional code, or advertisement does not, by itself, mean that we endorse, guarantee, or warrant the applicable third party or its products, services, pricing, availability, security, privacy practices, or conduct. Any purchase or other transaction with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

VII. Third-Party Privacy Practices. Third parties that operate affiliate programs, referral programs, advertising networks, tracking technologies, websites, applications, or stores may collect Personal Information directly from you or your device and process it under their own privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control.

VIII. Affiliate Marketing by Others. If we engage influencers, publishers, content creators, referral partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, or other endorsers to promote our products or services, we may provide guidance regarding truthful statements and disclosure of material connections, monitor compliance where appropriate, and take reasonable remedial action when we identify non-compliant endorsements, undisclosed material connections, or deceptive promotional practices.

IX. Updates to Affiliate Arrangements. We may add, remove, or change affiliate, referral, sponsorship, advertising, or similar arrangements from time to time. We will update disclosures and this Privacy Policy as appropriate to reflect material changes in our practices.

ARTICLE 7 — RETENTION

I. Retention Periods. We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and conduct legitimate business operations.

II. Retention Criteria. In determining retention periods, we consider:
   A. The nature and sensitivity of the information;
   B. The purposes for which the information was collected or processed;
   C. The duration of our relationship with you;
